I've been dealing with the same thing. It says caching items 100% but 10 minutes later it will say the same thing. I have over 700 mods downloaded so it would be a bitch to try and manually check them all lol.

yea, i have 622 mods, i really like take and hold, but not that much i guess

Go figure I missed the pinned post on the h3vr sub with a few mods that make the game unplayable. I uninstalled these mods and it works fine now. Hope it helps.
