My A team(lvl82) has Astra, Karkh,faceless, and celeste. Most info points to Jorgen being the best match for it. But why does the team do so much better with a lower level Maya than my Jorgen?? Everyone says Maya is not worth upgarding, but now I am doubtful

My A-team with Asta, Maya, Phobos, Dorian and Faceless. I did get Celeste recently and have been investing in her. Any ideas? I know phobos is very hated here, so what should I invest in instead?(sc included of all heros)
