Interviewed at UBS for a position that could not match my current salary (I did not know then). Hiring manager loved me and so I managed to get to the stage of negotiating compensation which was when I knew that they couldn't match my pay. Fine, but HR was so condescending saying I'm leaving my role only for money otherwise I would be okay with them for not being able to match my pay. I was shell shocked.
