My left ankle pain and instability is worsening and pain and twitching has spread to calves. I am freaking out. but I can walk 10k (not continuously ) ankle and calf hurt while walking mainly. What could be going on? anybody?

Just found this sub and at a crossroads.

1 year on. My neck physically "sways" when walking, turning. it is worse on the left. I no longer have that much dizziness or imbalance as I used to before. does it mean I have cervical instability and not cervical vertigo?
