Thank you for this! Yeah but higit pa ata sa rock bottom to ngayon. The suicidal thoughts are coming back. I survived from this a couple years ago but it is coming back and that's what I fear the most. Sobrang buti nya sakin kahit grabe kapag galit. I also cannot do a thing without her like tipong paglalaro di ko magawa kasi di ako nakakapag focus at nababagot ako kagad.
