Safe places to learn how to drive in san Jacinto/hemet?

I’ve been struggling to learn how to drive for years and right now i think knowing where a big empty and quiet parking lot is would help my confidence a lot, but i can’t find anything that’s 100% empty, and if it is empty its also very small. Can’t go anywhere outside of hemet/SJ, obviously because i can’t get out there lol
