Please help! In the past, I have had no trouble Combing Milk Choc Melting Wafers & Dark Choc MW about 60/40 respectively. Lately, it’s been oxidizing almost in a swirl pattern. likely due to not being mixed evenly enough? Can I ask your methods? This is the wafers I usually use. Thank you so much!
