Problem getting into the game at night. Starting to piss me off to the point I’m going to delete

Most of the time, I can only get on at night time really late. But for some reason, this fucking game asks me to put in this code to make sure I’m not a robot. And it just keeps saying “you have been disconnected (BLZ5191400). I know I’m typing in the code right. And I know my password is right. Whenever I log on during the day, no issue. Doesn’t even ask for the code. But now I can’t even play the game when I have downtime. WHEN IM PAYING A MONTHLY FEE TO DO SO. If anyone can help me fix this shit, I’d really appreciate it.
