Flashing when hitting the other spell

Sometimes, when I use a summoner spell (e.g., smite), flash is automatically triggered, which is cumbersome.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or something in my settings, and I can't reproduce it consistently. It just happens randomly when I'm in the jungle.

I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else.
