why did they remove Riftmaker

I don’t normally read the Patch Notes myself, but I know that some items got buffed and reworked (the 1% nerf on Liandry’s is so dumb) but no one mentioned Riftmaker being removed/banned? Why?

istg if they are nerfing Riftmaker but not the tank items that make bruisers and tanks op im gonna lose it
