Restaurants reservations 25-30 people?

A number of people are going to be in town for an event and looking to go out together. We don't mind a $65-100 per person price, but the issue is this is a casual meetup (a lot of people on company per-diem),

I don't know if any restaurant in town would be willing to do separate checks for 25-30 people. Everyone I've talk to wants to push for a private room with mandatory purchase of a drink package (which causes other problems with expensing). Pre covid we did this a number of times but it seems to be getting harder to find a place. Any suggestions?
