Is anyone else not getting fandango rewards when using alist through fandango?

4 of my recent movies were not added to my fanrewards account. I was not sure which place to post this or if this was an a list issue by chance. Thanks for the help if anyone can send any. The last one that was added on my account was June 28th. But i have seen like 4 movies since then. And it’s been longer than 24 hours as well
