Form Autocomplete? Why can't I find it?

On OSX13, Vivaldi 6.2.3105.48

I might be blind or dumb, but I just cannot find form autocomplete options in the settings. I would love to not have to type my name, address, phone number every time I fill out a form.

Any advice?
