Changing strings

Haven't touched my violin in around 2 years after i finished my grade 8. Opened the case today to see my D string snapped. I saw online that at this point i should just change the whole set.

Ive got 2 choices on my local market right now D'Addario Ascente or the Pirastro Tonica

Would like a very warm sound as i have quite a bright violin, which of these would you recommend? thank u
