Can’t log onto Viber on my new phone

Hello r/viber. I recently got a new phone (iOS) and I can’t log onto Viber on it. It still works on my old phone though (also iOS).

Whenever I try to log on, it just says that the activation failed – I think it’s because Viber thinks I’m logging in from two phones.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
