Are Jay Peak snow totals inflated?

Recently, I’ve been looking at the different snow totals across Vermonts ski resorts. I was shocked to see that Jay Peak(according to their website) has nearly 200 inches of snow already this ski season. Someone told me that they inflate their snow totals. What do you think?
