Watched someone Abandon a Dog

I watched someone kick their dog, a puppy Doberman, out of their truck at a local Henderson park today. He drove off fast as hell and left the friendliest Doberman puppy behind. I couldnt take him because I already have 2 Shepherds. I waited 2 hours for Animal Control to show up and they didn't. I refused to let him walk around east Henderson at night surrounded by coyotes. He is around 5 months old, I think. He is not fixed. He is extremely friendly.

I turned him into the Henderson Animal Shelter tonight. They are doing medical exams and vaccinations. Please adopt this sweet boy. He deserves a good home.
