best vegan cheese for melting!!

it’s the vemondo grated mature cheddar cheese in lidl it’s the best for that melting effect!! I just used it on pasta and popped it quickly in the microwave and mixed it up and was shocked by how much it tasted like mature cheddar cheese and the texture of it, it didn’t clump or anything.

this is a good find for cheap price and i’m pleasantly surprised :)
