Processing Exception, Regional Weather Delay

I understand my package is coming out of Cali where it is on fire but the problem with these scans and logs is I never know where the "Weather Delay" is. Apparently there was a delay with it in it's own processing facility (Assuming maybe they lost power) then it starts to move ( or it seems ) says in transit with no timestamp then Processing Exception again... ( Not sure if the exception should be before the In Transit ) Regardless this is very annoying.

Does anyone know exactly what that means, is it still on it's way or temporarily stuck where it is as in it's not on its way? Did it get loaded up to go to the next facility then not go because of grounded flights or weather?

Just hoping someone has more information on this mess. Very annoyed as this should of been here today with Priority Shipping from Cali to KY ( 2 Days ) according to USPS Map. I understand some delays but really would of been nice to have it delivered at least within 3-4 days.
