Can someone explain this?

I heard a fox out in the backyard so I thought I’d check the camera. To my surprise, I see this light going back and forth. I looked outside with my own eyes and didn’t see anything. I could only see it on the night vision camera. I recorded a video for 8+ minutes of this thing just moving in a very weird way. It wasnt raining. It wasn’t windy. I didn’t see anything covering the camera the next morning. Drones are not allowed in NoVa because I’m close to DC. This wasn’t a flashlight because it was pitch black as I looked outside with my eyes as I monitored the camera. I showed it to my co-workers and the only thing one of them said was maybe a spider web. Clearly not a web if you see the video. Not a bug either. I’ve seen plenty of those. Any guesses?
