Am I cooked?

TL;DR: Can I transfer to UF from SF starting with 28/60 credit hours and a 2.3 GPA?

Hey guys. I’m an international student from Canada in my first semester at SF wanting to transfer to UF majoring in computer science. I did a year of college in Canada prior to this.

I was a really shitty student throughout my high school and year of college and last summer I was assessed and diagnosed with ADHD and was put on meds that have changed my life. I could never study or pay attention in class before despite my love for learning and now I basically feel like I unlocked this superpower. Why I waited so long to get a diagnosis is beyond me.

Anyway, I finished my year of college in Canada with a whopping 2.3GPA. My courses were all transferred over as 28 credit hours of electives. At SF, I’ll likely go way over the 60 hour minimum to graduate because of the transfer requirements to transfer to UF. If I ace every single course at SF (which i feel is achievable for me now) I’ll have a 3.4 gpa MAX.

My question is the following, is it even possible anymore for me to transfer to UF starting with 28 hours of 2.3 gpa?
