Need some drying advice

Hello, I was wondering if y’all could give me some advice on drying these out. The smaller logs I’m not to concerned about because I’m probably just going to put anchorseal on their ends and let them dry for a bit before I carve the into little sculptures. The larger ones I’d like to turn some bowls out of. I was wondering if I can just remove the bark and seal them as is or if I should cut them up into bowl blanks and seal them then? If I need to process them into blanks, any ideas on how to do that safely with a chainsaw? Thanks
