I recently just finished Supply Chain Management post graduate certificate and I have applied to over 20 jobs in the past 2 weeks as well as 4 employment agencies, yet no luck whatsoever... HOW DO I FIND A JOB ???

I (M27) currently work part-time at a warehouse. I have a bachelors degree in English and I have a postgraduate certificate in supply chain management. I have been applying only to shipping coordinator roles as I have a pre-conceived notion that it is a great entry-level role that will help me get my foot in the door of the supply chain sector and will be a great opportunity for me to learn as much as possible through practical experience that is hands-on and that pays. I am not only applying online while attaching my resume and a specialized cover letter for each application but I am also making phone calls that often tend to end awkwardly with the representative implying to me that they're not hiring and that I should just apply online.

I knew it wasn't going to be an easy and smooth transition from being a post-graduate student to being a working professional... as there are tons of people who are more educated, more experienced, and more qualified than me who are probably applying to the same jobs that I am applying to. It is just very de-motivating because I worked so hard on my education in order to find a corporate office job only for my efforts to not pay off.

So many of my postgraduate colleagues have project management postgraduate certificates in addition to their supply chain postgraduate certificates... not only because of international student visa requirements but also because these two fields of business tend to compliment one another very well. Good for them and bad for me I guess because I am ABSOLUTELY DONE with school and I don't have it in me to pursue another educational credential aside from some Linkedin Learning courses.

Any and all advice, words of encouragement, words of wisdom, words of hope, previous experiences, etc... are more than welcome and are greatly appreciated.
