Not very affectionate; doesn't say, "I love you".
Wondering if anyone else has a toddler that rarely gives hugs or kisses, hates to cuddle, and doesn't say, "I love you". My little girl (28 months) is super silly, laughs a ton, and genuinely seems to enjoy my company but she does not show much affection. If I ask her for a hug or kiss, she most often replies, "no" (sometimes the harsh, "nope!"). She will sit on my lap if we're watching a show sometimes, and every now and then she will give me a kiss, but it is rare. Most of the time she resists any affection (even as a little baby she didn't enjoy being worn or held much). Anyone else have a kids like this?
