[TOMT] A PSA about children drowning.

Hello, I have been trying to find a PSA about child drowning; This came to my mind last night but I couldn't remember the name, and I think that it doesn't exist at all.

It's a 2010-2020 PSA showing bubble text saying something along the lines of “Wabassi” or “Wabasso” with multiple symbols. I didn't know what happened but to my guess, one of the symbols got into the water and was about to drown, it tried to flee but the water got to that symbol and it drowned, it then showed a line of text, probably saying how it is dangerous to turn your back to a child drowning.

I can't seem to find it but if you have any suggestions on what is it, I’ll be pleased to know if my guess is correct!
