Have you ever seen a Time Traveler?

During the pandemic is when I saw a lot of strangers in my neighborhood. All tall, decent looking, dressed just a little off, just wandering around, intentionally not looking at me. I realized I was maybe seeing travelers who were interested in that historic event. Jump to now. Im noticing them again. Another historic event coming or happening. I wonder what could be starting now that they would be interested in watching. I think I know.
