Embark should focus on buffing gadgets and skills not being used

There has been a recent issue thats come to light as the game has progressed over the year with new content being added. Despite all the tools given to each class to further increase the playstyle of an individual, the community seems to stick with the same basic skills and gadgets since the release of the game. To top it off the reworks that have come the game had more to do with bugs and visuals.

I like to consider myself a firm believer that if ALL weapons are OP then non of the weapons are OP. Rather then asking for nerfs to the tools being utilize the most, lets focus on buffing the tools that are being utilized the least. Overall the weapons themselves seems fairly balanced. The new gadgets on the other hand can be underwhelming and unreliable. There are several examples i could make but i will focus on one of the gadgets that have been in the game the longest and pretty much NEVER used, The tracking dart.

The tracking dart seems simple enough, shoot an enemy to gain sight on a single target for 15 seconds and deal with a cooldown of 12. In a game that can be extremely fast paced, a gadget like that as essentially worthless. A buff like allowing the user to shoot a dart on any surface that pings last known location every few seconds to whoever is within range of it would already be a meaningful improvement.

There are a list of many more gadgets that are underutilized with more that will probably be added to the game further inflating the list of useless gadgets. Rather then nerfing the ones that are used, buff or change the ones that arent being used to add more player diversity. Otherwise there will be a continues growing hate against classes what have and always will use the same tools that continue to be effective.
