What happened to this engineer without goggles model?

I've been trying to find this specific model of engie, which has sculpted face and thick eyebrows for a while (pic 1~8), but I only find another engineer model like this one (pic 9) Does anyone have the first one engie model? I like the first one better (I know he's naked and that's fine)
