I need a no-phone show

Lately I've started a horrible habit of scrolling on my phone while watching TV shows, and I hate it.

So I'd like to ask for some recommendations for shows that suck you in from the very first episode.

I don't need constant action, I do love a slow burner. But I can't start another show that has a great second or third season but starts weak because I know I won't get to the good part. And the more seasons, the better!
