Should I beat him up?

So, before you read the title and say"oh this guy's an asshole for wanting to beat up another kid!" Well I actually have good reason. This kid has been bullying me since the start of the school year, he would steal my stuff, and try to knock me to the ground, but I never fought back because I didn't want to get in trouble because I knew my parents would get angry, but now it's the last 4 days of school and when we're at lunch he sits with a bunch of girl because he kinda zesty, but one of the girls he sits with is my crush and he has been talking bad about me and saying how my mom is hot, and so he has been trying to fight some of my friends that, well they're built like a beef jerky stick so I've had to Breek up the fights and at this point I'm tired of this shit so should I beat him up or should I not?
