Tattoo care in a hard to reach spot?

I got this beauty a couple weeks ago. It’s on my upper back. Haven’t had any issues with it from what I can tell but it’s in a difficult place to reach so my aftercare hasn’t been up to my regular standard. I have 10 tats now so I’m pretty used to aftercare, but this is a new territory. Any tips on how to take care of hard to reach tattoos in the future / how to get some damn moisturizer on this one? I will say I have POTS so I also take showers a little less frequently than most bc they make me extremely symptomatic, but I could probably add in some quick lukewarm / cold ones just for tattoo care in the future.
