Surfing the Arabian Sea/North Indian Ocean

Does anyone here have experience surfing in the Arabian Sea? Particularly curious about Oman and Pakistan.

No need for specifics, but were the waves good/great/world class? What was the journey like to get to the break? Is there a surf culture in these countries? Anything sketchy/truly dangerous? Anything unexpectedly awesome?
