The flashbacks 🤮

I'm not sure what it is... the bad acting, the bad lighting, the cheesy storylines, but I can't stand the flashbacks. Every time they happen, it's cringe. Perhaps some of them are important to understand each character's motivations/behaviors/relationships now, but the childhood ones are the worst. Anyone else? What flashback moments felt important to you or made you want to gag?
