[Suggestion] (Canada) Something I don't need to touch for atleast 5 years

It's time to let go of the old HP Pavillion Elite lol. I had done some upgrades to it, and planned to build something in the future, but life happens and then it's 2021. Unfortunately I just don't have the time nor patience to do it anymore.

Looking for a daily work computer, AAA gaming in the evening, triple monitor support, and something that is future proofed. Doesn't need to look pretty with RGB if funds can be allocated elsewhere. NVIDIA preferred. Any suggestions welcome. TIA
