Working after a medical abortion

Anybody know how long before they could go back to work? Did you use tampons for the bleeding? I don’t want any infections & im not sure if using a tampon would be okay…

My bleeding is very light and my cramping is very light, the emotional pain is what’s worse..

All judgement u can keep to urself just looking for tips for those that know what I’m going through.
