Stake just scammed me

So I've had an account for over a year and a half. I play almost every day deposit money all the time I'm like 80% to silver. Go on today to deposit money to play cuz I've been hitting and it says verify account no big deal I go to take a selfie and I take it and it says it's not verified contact support. I contact support and they say I'm trying to obscure or something like cool around verification in my account is been closed and I can't play here no more. Mind you I had money on my account which now I just lost I lost all my benefits. I don't know how they can do this. My account is legit my ID my verification my name how can I close my account like that?
