Bent gutters under warranty?

I have a sunpower setup and have a 10 year “roof penetration / install “ warranty. The snow/ice has bent my gutters pretty significantly so I was wondering…

Would the warranty possibly cover this? Did they install the panels to close to the edge near the gutters?
