Need advice - small food startup
Hey everyone, I am a corporate worker in Bangalore. I am very much interested in Cooking but I only do it at home in small batches. I want to work towards building something on food startup side but I am a bit clueless on how to start. 1. Market need - Bangalore is already exhausted with food options, should I really start this at this point? 2. Budgeting - I am living from salary to salary and have a very little chunk to invest. How to do budgeting so that I don't lose so much. 3. USP - I like cooking Savory items and baking but what would be a good option to start with on commercial level as I'm inexperienced. 4. Other advices as it comes up.
