Do you play several characters,or just one?

Do you normally enjoy changing the character every now and then, or do you mostly play ONE character because you like their play style way more than the others'?

I'm thinking of beating the game with each of the characters to increase the ascension, but at a specific point I'll mostly play Watcher and Defect, because I like their less straightforward and slower play style .

Thoughts?
