I asked for help...

I showed my parents my sh scars, they talked to me, I couldn't talk to them, but I asked for help, I don't know if I should have done that, I have a lot of problems, and tomorrow I'm going to a psychiatrist, I don't know what to do, I made the right choice?

They said no matter what I am, they will suport me (I'm "gay" and trans/nb) Maybe things will get better? I'm so confused right now...
