Help with brown spot algae on my Anubias & crypts

The tank is a ~24g dirted planted tank. Setup 2.5 months ago. Has fish in it as well. I currently have 6 embers, 2 ottos & 1 Amano. What is the best solution for this? I also had a green hair algae issue arise just a couple of days back. I have had no issues whatsoever till now since setup.
