You can read minds at 10% accuracy

10% of the time your reading is correct. 90% of the time it's completely false. You have no way to know when you're correct excluding external factors. (E.g. you know your friends favorite color is blue but your reading says red)

Edit: when it's wrong it doesn't give you the opposite. Just an incorrect reading about what they're thinking.
