Advice for creating email groups

I’ve looked into different email marketing strategies and I see MailerLite, ConvertKit, and Substack as suggestions by ChatGPT.

What do you guys use and what do you recommend?

I’ve sold about 100 copies of my book this month. I have their numbers and wanted to create an email group for marketing. It’s a small list, but I want to grow it each and every day.
