Regretting Lulu, is it too late for KDP

Growing up I always used Lulu to print my books to sell them in person, but after yesterday’s advice I realized they may not be the best for global distribution.

I assigned an ISBN to my book through Lulu and set it for global distribution, but the rule is you have to order a proof copy before finalizing, so it hasn’t been finalized yet. When I set the price to 19.99 I saw I only get like $5 in royalties for every book sold when selling through Amazon.

Would it be better to go through Ingram or KDP for maximizing profits, and if so is it too late now that I’ve done everything through Lulu?
