Battery Health after ? Cycles

For those unaware, chinese phones such as oppo oneplus xiaomi and vivo have all adopted a technology to achieve 1600 cycles before reaching 80%

However I found this old post where samsung says 95% after 2 years:

Is this true or does Samsung still degrade at the standard of ~500-800 cycles for 80%?

P.S They adapted this before having a carbine battery so no it’s not because of that
