S24 Ultra dies and now its not showing signs of charging even though the charger ways 4 watts are going in

I had this happen on my S22 Ultra before, where it was so dead it needed to on the charger for a while before the charger icon came up when it was dead. Usually this would be like 4 or 5 minutes. It was only one time after I replaced the screen that it took as long as a half an hour. I bought a refurb s24 Ultra. Store had 5/5 starts phone was in flawless condition. You would have no idea it wasnt brand new if you put it in a box. The phones been working fine all week. Not a single issue. Its never been dropped, never gotten wet, and its been in a case since I bought it. It was fast charging fine, charging without issue every night on my charger in my bedroom. I was out at the grocery store and my phone died. About 30-50 minutes later, I get home and plug it into my charger and nothing happens beside my charger showing that 3 watts are going into the phone. THis was the same as when my S22 died. whatever, I go grab some water and come back 5-10 minutes later and still nothing. At this point its been plugged in for 15 minutes and its showing no signs on the phone of charging. The charger still says its feeding 3 or 4 watts fluctuating between the two every 5 seconds or so. The phone wont turn on and its still not getting the charging icon.

Is it possible its just dead dead dead dead and it needs like an hour at this state or is there something wrong with the phone?
