Looking for a nice fine dining restaurant to dress up for and bring my girlfriend to. We're celebrating 10 months together and we want to do a "fancy date" since we haven't had the opportunity to do one of those yet. She plans to wear a nice dress and I plan on wearing a matching suit/tie. Any recommendations in the Richmond area?
