How to get a job in Rust?

Hi guys!

Im a typescript deb developer with 4+ years of experience. Im in college also so Algorithms, Data Structures, O notation, are not unknown to me.

I fell in love for Rust since I started. As I know from my own experience and others there's a big improvement in your skills when you are coding in a work context. But I don't see any JR position for Rust.

So the question for those that are actually working in a company with Rust.

How did you get it?

And what recommendations can you give us to find one?
