Masterwork 2h on Grand exchange

Hello, I've only recently gotten 99 Attack and am now leveling my other melee stats and I made enough for a Masterwork 2h but it's not showing up on the Grand Exchange, tried to go a bit higher on the price and nothing.
Does no one make it or it just isn't worth trading? If anyone could make one and sell me one I'd gladly buy it for a higher price, thanks a lot :)

Also, why do Bound Skeletons hurt so much? :D
