Oven roasting

Pretty happy with this roast. It’s a Congo natural from sweet Maria’s. My first roast went a little darker than I would like, and I think this one looks so much better. Excited to try it in a couple days.

This was roasted at 400f for 13 mins. I know I don’t have much control or variables in an oven, but does anyone have any suggestions or advice to help me improve the roasts? Cooler temp? Higher temp?
